| Tracy joined the practice as a Trainee Solicitor in 1988 and qualified as a Solicitor in 1999. She became a Partner with the Firm in 2007.
Tracy is a Partner in the Personal Injury Department, based in the Harlow branch where she specialises in personal injury litigation. Tracy advises clients in the full range of personal injury law including: Road Traffic Accidents, Highways Liability, Public Liability and Employers Liability.
Career
Tracy joined Attwater & Liell in 1998 where she was originally employed on a Training Contract and was then offered a permanent position as an assistant solicitor, after qualification and after 9 years, has now taken up partnership.
Work undertaken
All types of accident claims, including accidents and work, in the car, crossing the road, tripping and slipping accidents, accidents through use of faulty goods, playing sport or as a result of criminal assault. She has successfully recovered large monetary awards for claimants and helped put in place treatment programmes to aid their recovery.
