| Sheenagh qualified as a solicitor in 1991 joining the firm in 1995. She became a Partner in 1997 and is currently Managing Partner, Head of the Personal Injury Department, and Training Partner for the Firm.
She specialises in all areas of claims resulting from accidents, particularly claims of the utmost severity and complexity.
Career
Sheenagh was a latecomer to the profession returning to study when the youngest of her two children started school in 1983. She qualified as a solicitor in 1991. Since qualifying she has specialised in Personal Injury law. She became a Partner with the Firm in 1997. As head of the Personal Injury Department she runs a team of 14 lawyers and support staff, she combines this with her roles as Managing Partner and Training Partner.
Work undertaken
All types of accident claims, including accidents at work, in the car, crossing the road, tripping and slipping, accidents through the use of faulty goods, chemical exposure, playing sport or as a result of a criminal assault. Including claims of the utmost severity and complexity. She has successfully recovered large monetary awards for claimants and helped to put in place treatment programmes to aid their recovery.
