| Robert joined the practice in July 1998 and became a Partner in April 2001. He is part of the successful Clinical Negligence Department at the practice, working in conjunction with his fellow partner David Kerry and the team of experienced and dedicated assistants.
Career
Robert qualified as a Solicitor in February 1996 and worked in Central London for 2 years before joining the Practice in July 1998 in order to specialise in Personal Injury law and then Clinical Negligence. He became a Partner in the firm in 2001. Robert now specialises in Clinical Negligence and severe Personal Injury claims.
Work undertaken
Representing claimants in the full range of clinical negligence cases including surgical negligence, misdiagnosis, delayed diagnosis, vascular injury, plastic/cosmetic surgery, nursing negligence and birth injury. Robert also specialises in claims on behalf of the elderly. He has successfully recovered large monetary awards for claimants, whilst helping to put in place treatment programmes to aid their recovery.
