| Joyti qualified as a solicitor in 1995 and was
made a partner in April 2004. Joyti is a member of the Law Society Family
Law Panel and Children Panel and she is an accredited specialist of the
Solicitors Family Law Association in Child Law and Advocacy.
Career
Joyti qualified as a Solicitor in 1995 and joined Attwater & Liell
in 2000 becoming a Partner in 2004
Work undertaken
Advising parties on divorce and separation and assisting them in achieving
a fair and reasonable financial settlement following the break up of their
relationship
Representing parents, grandparents and children in disputes concerning
children including Adoption and Care proceedings
Preparing Cohabitation agreements for un married couples
who intend to live together and advising them on property and children
issues if they separate
Acting for couples involved in domestic violence including
obtaining and defending injunctions.
