| Jonathan Clarke is Senior Partner and heads the
Commercial Department. He has always lived locally and joined the firm
in 1973.
He does general commercial work and in particular company
and commercial contracts, business sales and acquisitions, and employment
law.
Career
Jonathan Clarke joined the firm in 1973 and is now its Senior Partner.
Qualifying as a Solicitor in 1975 he became a Partner in 1978.
Work undertaken
Jonathan heads the Commercial Department and works primarily in general
company and commercial matters together with employment law. Over fifteen
years experience in these areas of work has resulted in him being a valuable
resource for his local and national business clients. He seeks to provide
a sound legal basis from which commercially realistic decisions can be
made.

Jonathan is active in the local business community. He is a director of
Harlow Business Awards, Harlow Enterprise Agency, and Harlow Centre for
Business Support. He is Chairman of the Harlow Chamber of Commerce.
