| Geoff joined Attwater & Liell in 1969 after
qualifying as a solicitor the previous year. He became a Partner in the
firm in 1976. He is now one of two partners that oversee A&L’s
busy conveyancing department.
Geoff deals with all aspects of the sale and purchase of
property, including mortgaging and remortgaging. At a time when many firms
are opting for a ‘conveyor belt’ approach to this work, Geoff
remains committed to providing the extra value and assurance that a personal
approach brings.
Specialisation
Having practised in various aspects of the law since qualification Geoff
now practices exclusively in residential conveyancing.
Career
Admitted as a solicitor in 1968 and joined Attwater & Liell in 1969
becoming a partner in 1976. Trained as a Solicitors Family Law Association
Mediator in 1998.
Work undertaken
Sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold property, mortgages including
remortgages and home equity release.
