| David Kerry joined Attwater & Liell in 1977
and became a Partner in 1981. He currently heads the Clinical Negligence
Department. He is a panel member of the Action for Victims of Medical
Accidents and Law Society Clinical Negligence Panels and is a Fellow of
the College of Personal Injury Law. He is listed as a leader in the field
of Clinical Negligence in both theChambers Directory and the Legal 500.
In addition to his legal work David is one of two Partners
responsible for general management of the firm.
Career
David joined Attwater & Liell in 1977, qualifying as a Solicitor in
1979. He become a Partner in 1981.
Work undertaken
During his career he has built up substantial expertise in clinical negligence
work. He has considerable experience of the judicial process and was the
instructing solicitor in the leading clinical negligence case of Wilsher
-v- Essex Area Health Authority which was heard in the House of Lords.
